Payment and Shipping.
I would be happy to create custom soft animal toys for you.
My workshop is located in Moscow.
I have been accepting orders and shipping my works worldwide since 2017.

Each soft toy is a one-of-a-kind (OOAK) creation with its own unique character. A 100% exact replica of a previously made character is impossible.
For custom orders based on photos of your pet, a slight deviation in the final size of the toy from the animal's actual size is possible. This is due to the unique nature of the pattern created for your toy and the varying characteristics of different types of faux fur.

To order a custom portrait of your pet from a photograph:

Required information:

• The animal's size (length from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail, excluding the tail).
• The more accurate measurements you provide, the more lifelike your pet's portrait will be. You can even draw your animal and indicate the dimensions on the photo or sketch.

Important details regarding color and features:

• Please note that the color of fur and eyes in photos can vary depending on the lighting. When ordering, please specify which photo or video most accurately represents your pet's true colors.
• For cat portraits: Keep in mind that pupil shape changes depending on the light. Please indicate which photo I should use as a reference for the eyes.
• Please describe in detail any unique features of your pet's coat or shape. Points that might not be clearly visible in photos are very important for me to know to achieve the best resemblance.
• If necessary, I may ask a series of follow-up questions (eye color, etc.).

Terms and Conditions:

• Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to start the work.
• Lead time: Waiting time is 2–4 months (depending on my current schedule).
• Approval: Once the work is finished, I will send you photos and videos of the toy for your approval.
• Revisions: 1–3 minor adjustments can be made to refine the details.
• Final Step: After your approval and full payment (70%), I will ship the work to you and provide a tracking number.
• Certificate: Each toy comes with a "passport" (Certificate of Authenticity) containing all the work details and care instructions.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you do not approve the final image, I will put the toy up for general sale. Your deposit will be refunded in full only after the toy has been sold to another buyer.

I will send you the payment details once we have agreed on all the order details and the completion timeline.
Please note that import taxes vary from country to country.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
